Recently, due to moving into a new house, I have found myself not really doing anything at all. I guess this is because I’m not quite settled at the new place as of yet. I tend to get frustrated when I don’t have anything productive to do. I’m someone who likes to always be working on something. I tend to keep a lot of projects, and like to work on these when I have nothing much to do.
Recently, however, I have found myself literally doing nothing. Lighting a candle and just laying on my bed. At first doing this frustrated me, but due to the move and the stresses involved with that, it feels good to totally relax. I’m sharing this because I believe, sometimes, it is healthy to do absolutely nothing. I believe its completely healthy to have times where you just watch the world go by as an observer.
