Behind on sleep

I seem to have a habit of falling behind on sleep. I never really believed in a concept of ‘sleep-debt’ but lately I have definitely changed my view.

Over the course of the past few weeks I have been falling behind on sleep due to being so busy. I keep referring to this, but moving house is extremely stressful for me. I have now found myself in a state where I am constantly tired. I can go to bed at a reasonable hour and still wake up just as tired as I went to sleep. Ideally I need to just spend a weekend, at least, catching up on sleep. This sounds extremely easy but then I have an issue where I’ll feel as though I have wasted a weekend. I seem to be stuck in the cycle below; I do try to not suck at sleep, but I’m most productive when I pull an all-nighter and recover later.
